Vibration is an inevitable phenomenon in the coal cutting process and severe vibration leads to efficiency loss for equipment. To understand impact of on equipment explore measures improve stability, dynamic response analyzed. The shearer drum, which always undertakes task source working process, established with finite element method relations between performance characteristics are Hydraulic system, vulnerable external shocks, also responses hydraulic piston under different stages In frequency domain analysis load, results show that a signal higher amplitude appears, consistent drum frequency. It demonstrates happens especially during height adjustment stages. research provides methods reduction would be helpful improvement reliability
